How is InQueue priced?
Per active staff user (agent seat). Kiosks, display boards and locations are unlimited and included, you only pay for the people serving. Annual billing gets two months free.
Do I need special hardware?
InQueue runs on standard Android or iOS tablets and common Bluetooth thermal printers. Supply your own or have us bundle a recommended kit.
Can I start with one branch?
Yes, Starter covers a single branch with up to three stations, and you can scale to more branches any time.
Is there an on-premise option?
Yes. Enterprise customers get a dedicated private instance with isolated data and regional residency, plus SSO, SLAs and custom integrations. Fully on-prem is available on request.
