InQueue is priced per user seat, kiosks and display boards are always included and never count against your bill.

Seats

Every active user occupies one licensed seat. When all seats are in use, adding another person will prompt you to add seats first, nothing breaks, you're simply asked before the bill changes.

Manage your subscription

1. Go to Settings → Subscriptions.
2. See your current plan, seat count and renewal date.
3. Add seats or change plans; changes prorate onto your next invoice.

Invoices

Invoices live in the same place, download PDFs for finance whenever you need them.
