Reset a password

Passwords in InQueue are always set by their owner, administrators send links, they never type passwords for people.

If you've forgotten yours

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
2. Enter your email; a reset link arrives shortly and expires after 10 minutes.
3. Follow the button in the email and choose a new password.

If you manage users

Open Settings → Users, edit the person, and select Send password reset link. They get a secure single-use email; you never see or set the password itself.
